Sally RAAD
Head of the SOLVIT Centre Luxembourg
As a former lawyer, Sally holds a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Business School, a Master's degree in Business Law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a double French-German law degree from the Universität Potsdam. Sally practiced litigation in law firms in Paris and Luxembourg before working for the Luxembourg financial regulator. She joined the SOLVIT Luxembourg team in April 2023 providing her litigation skills to the team.

Mandy Jordao
Legal Officer
Passionate about European Union law, Mandy completed a LL.M. in EU Law and Litigation at the University of Luxembourg, where she had the privilege to do an internship at the European Parliament. As a member of the SOLVIT Luxembourg team since June 2022, she now offers her knowledge and skills.

Alexandre Balanzategui
Legal Officer
Following his degree in European law, Alexandre specialized in European Union economic law at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2023. He has been member of SOLVIT Luxembourg since May 2023.

Louise Pascaud
Legal Officer
Louise holds a master’s degree in business and Competition Law from the Catholic University of Lille and a LLM in European Law from the College of Europe. Louise had the privilege of completing a legal internship at the Court of Justice of the European Union and began her legal career at a law firm in Luxembourg before working in the public sector. She joined the SOLVIT Luxembourg team in July 2025.
